Juggling my 9-to-5 while fueling my passion for pizza was no easy feat. But eventually, I took the leap and turned my love for pizza-making into a full-time journey. Now, I’m embarking on my next exciting adventure—The Pizza Lab.
Through hands-on workshops across Ireland, I’m inspiring and teaching the next generation of pizza makers that cooking is not just a skill, but a fun, creative, and deeply rewarding experience.
